The Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) assessment helps individuals and teams understand how they respond to stress, change, and adversity—and how to strengthen their ability to bounce back.  In this 90-minute guided debrief, participants will:

Victoria Smith, MS, brings over 18 years of experience delivering professional development programs to organizations across the United States. Since 2016, she has guided professionals worldwide through the EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment and debrief sessions. She is also certified to administer the Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG)and Change Style Indicator (CSI) assessments, offering a well-rounded approach to leadership and workplace growth.

Before launching her training career, Victoria worked in hotel management at three- and four-star properties, giving her firsthand insight into real-world leadership, communication, and customer service challenges.
