Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) assessment 2.5 hour workshop or 90-minute team debriefing 

This 90-minute debrief or 2.5 hr workshop will provide participants with a good understanding of their own Hardiness results, and how to further develop. An individual who has a high level of overall hardiness can effectively manage his or her own reactions to any circumstantial change. They are also capable of bouncing back and prepared to approach other challenges as they occur. These individuals are always focused when facing adversity and are often very
influential people.
