Victoria Smith — Founder, Rising EQ
Victoria Smith, MS has been helping all types of businesses develop their employees and elevate their careers through training since 2006. Her expertise focuses on helping employees fully understand and develop their Emotional Intelligence competencies through EQi 2.0 assessments with debrief sessions, post-EQi 2.0 individual coaching sessions, and interactive team workshops and debriefings that includes the EQi 2.0 assessment.
Victoria has hospitality management experience spanning nearly two decades at three and four-star hotel properties to draw upon in the corporate world. She completed a Master’s of Counseling Degree from Texas A&M University, several professional certifications including the credentials to administer the EQi 2.0 and 360 Assessment. She is also certified to administer the Change Style Indicator (CSI) Assessment and the Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) Assessment and is the published author of the powerful little eBook 52 Tips to Raise Your Emotional Intelligence.
