The Change Style Indicator is a leadership assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides leaders of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style. Assessment will be emailed within 24 business hours after payment and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Once complete, a detailed results report will be emailed once a debrief session has been set up.  The debrief session lasts 45 minutes to help you understand how you approach change and strategies to improve change management.  Contact Victoria for discount rates for groups.
