The assessment comes with a comprehensive 21-page results report only. The detailed report does not include a 60-minute Zoom debrief session. The zoom debrief session option is optimal and suggested, however this option can be used for those who currently have a coach to review the report results with.

The EQi 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment measures 5 composites and 15 sub-scales or competencies. The 5 composites are self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making, and stress management. The 15 sub-scales are - self-regard, self-actualization, emotional self-awareness, emotional expression, assertiveness, independence, interpersonal relationships, empathy, social responsibility, problem-solving, reality testing, impulse control, flexibility, stress tolerance, optimism. Happiness indicator is scored separately in the report.
The EQi 2.0 model of emotional intelligence is a snapshot of a person's current emotional intelligence. The assessment is multiple choice (133 items) and takes 15- 20 minutes to complete. Once complete, the results are automatically generated in a 21-page easy to interpret report that the certified test administrator will provide. This version includes the report only and not the 60-minute debriefing phone session that the regular version does.
