We take a deeper dive into your EQi 2.0 assessment and further analyze the data to improve and balance competencies. Coaching sessions are available for those who have already taken any of the EQi 2.0 suite of assessments. Areas uncovered by the assessment will be discussed and areas of opportunity for growth will be identified as well as any other areas that emerge. Tips, tools and strategies will be offered for continual improvement and development of emotional intelligence competencies. Sessions are held on Zoom video or over the phone.
