(4) EQi 2.0 Workplace assessment for use in the candidate hiring process – includes summary of potential strengths & derailers

The cost is $325.00 for each job candidate.  The EQi 2.0 is a highly valid tool to use as part of the hiring process for mid-level to top tier management.  The first and last name and email address of each job candidate will be needed to send them the assessment link.  The candidates will receive the assessment link via email and upon completion, the administrator will send the results report and schedule the debrief session with the hiring manager or human resource manager.

Included in this package is the EQi 2.0 Workplace assessment report results and a 60 minute debrief session with the Human Resources or other hiring manager.  The results report debrief session will be interpreted to include the critical strengths and potential detailers that emerge in the report results.  A job description will be needed to fully interpret the candidates' report. The one hour debrief session with the hiring person will be conducted by Victoria Smith, MS who is a certified EQi 2.0 administrator.  It is up to the hiring team if they choose to give the EQi 2.0 report to the candidates.
