The EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Workplace assessment is highly researched and the world’s most widely used international emotional intelligence assessment in the industry.  The assessment measures 5 composites: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision-making, and stress management.  The assessment measures 15 sub-scales or competencies of emotional intelligence: self-regard, self-actualization, emotional self-awareness, emotional expression, assertiveness, independence, interpersonal relationships, empathy, social responsibility, problem-solving, reality testing, impulse control,  flexibility, stress tolerance, and optimism.

The EQi 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment helps employees gain knowledge of and improve or just tweak their emotional intelligence skills to become more successful in the workplace.  Research studies by reputable organizations, such as the Harvard Business Review, validate that emotional intelligence skills can be learned and improved upon.

The EQi 2.0 model is a snapshot of a person’s current emotional intelligence. The multiple-choice assessment takes, on average, 20 minutes to complete. Once complete, the results are generated in a Workplace Report.  The results can be used to improve leadership and relationship skills as well as improve the ability to cope effectively with challenges.  The assessment is a valuable tool for new managers to grow and develop at a faster pace and is also used as part of the hiring and promotion process for mid- to upper-level management.  View the EQi 2.0 Workplace Sample Report. EQ 360 Feedback Assessment – Individual With EQ 360 Report – Click here to purchase now

While the EQ-i 2.0® identifies the level of a client’s emotional and social functioning based on his or her responses, the EQ 360 Feedback Assessment provides a more in-depth analysis by having those who work with the client provide information on how they view the client’s EI capabilities. View the EQ360 Client sample report   EQ 360 is a multi-rater measure of emotional intelligence.  It gives you a 360-degree view of your emotional and social functioning. Observers who take the assessment in light of how they view you include managers, peers, direct reports, family/friends, and others. To keep the results anonymous, there should be 3 in any group, with a minimum of 3 total and a maximum of 25 raters.  Of course, if a manager is an observer, it would likely be just one person.  When observer ratings are compared with the results of an EQ-i 2.0 self-report, a more complete 360-degree profile emerges.

A profile gap analysis chart clearly shows blind spots and areas of agreement highlighted.  You have a summary of how you responded and a summary of how you and your raters responded. Each of the 16 sub-scales is reviewed, displaying the largest gaps and the areas that are closest to agreement.  View the EQ360 Client sample report

The EQ 360 Feedback assessment cost is $700.00.  The assessment includes a comprehensive 42-page report and an up to 90-minute Zoom video debrief session with Victoria, an expert EQi certified administrator, to optimize the use of the report results.  Along with your email address, we will need a list of your chosen raters (minimum of 3 and maximum of 25) with first and last names and email addresses to send assessment links to them for their rating.  The EQ 360 Feedback assessment cost is $700.00.  Purchase assessment here

Change Style Indicator

Change Style Indicator (CSI) Assessment – Individual

Change Style Indicator (CSI) Assessment identifies the person’s preferences when dealing with changes in various situations.  There is a range where a person will be placed depending on how they approach change.  The three range areas are Conserver, Originator, and Pragmatist, which are in the middle range.  The closer to one of the continuum areas, it represents the stronger the preference for a style of handling change.  There is strong validity that the measurement is consistent over time.  The assessment helps a person understand situations and their responses to change and can choose different behaviors to achieve optimal outcomes. A person can be influenced by their change style; however, they are not limited and can adjust to different responses. The assessment can be taken by an individual or a group in a workshop to help a team collaborate amid change more effectively.  Click here for the CSI Sample Report

The Change Style Indicator (CSI) assessment with a detailed report and 45-minute phone or Zoom video debrief coaching session costs $190.00 per person.  The debrief session is with a CSI-certified administrator to optimize the report results.  Detailed CSI reports only, without the debrief session, cost $130.00 per person – Contact us here for lower pricing on multiple assessments.  Purchase here

The Change Style Indicator (SCI) Group Report – The report helps teams identify where their team members are on the distribution line.  The team strengths and blind spots are given.  Helpful strategies are given to optimize team outcomes when dealing with change.   Click here for a sample group report copy.  Group report cost – $350.00.
